Kokoda Property recognised with Gold and Silver at Better Future Melbourne Design Awards 2026

Kokoda Property has received dual recognition at the Better Future Melbourne Design Awards 2026, with Teneriffe Banks awarded Gold for Proposed Architecture and Malvern Collective awarded Silver for Mixed Use Constructed Architecture.

Kokoda Property has been recognised at the Better Future Melbourne Design Awards 2026, with two of its precincts acknowledged for their design vision, placemaking approach and contribution to the built environment.

Teneriffe Banks has been awarded Gold for Proposed Architecture, recognising the vision behind Kokoda’s landmark Brisbane riverfront precinct. Set across one of Teneriffe’s most significant riverfront sites, the precinct has been shaped around architecture, lifestyle, wellness, hospitality and a renewed connection to the river.

Malvern Collective has been awarded Silver for Mixed Use Constructed Architecture, recognising a completed Malvern precinct that brings together residences, hospitality, retail and lifestyle amenity in one connected destination.

Together, the awards reflect Kokoda’s continued commitment to design-led development and the creation of precincts with lasting value. From future city-shaping projects to completed mixed-use communities, the recognition acknowledges the considered thinking, collaboration and partnerships behind Kokoda’s approach to place.

For Kokoda, the wins are a proud milestone and a meaningful acknowledgment of the teams, consultants and project partners who continue to shape the business’ work across Brisbane and Melbourne.
