The Kokoda Inspiration

We believe in motivating and inspiring our people for success at
work, and success in life. In July 2017, Kokoda Property hosted a
three-day staff Inspiration Conference inviting several
world-renowned speakers to speak to staff about their innovations
in business, and in life. Guest speakers included Steve Wozniak,
co-founder of Apple, David Mead, co-author with Simon Sinek of
“Find Your Why”, Ellie Cole, Australian Paralympic swimmer and
wheelchair basketball player and Jason McCartney, AFL player and
2002 Bali Bombing survivor.

Sales & Marketing

Our Marketing team creatively leads the brand and strategy development, campaign management, media planning, public relations, internal and external communication, intranet & websites, social media and graphic design of all development projects.

Our Sales team works (and networks) across our markets, and with our preferred Agents, to sell Kokoda’s residences, and works tirelessly to facilitate the highest of customer care, from coordinating activities such as event management, project launches, international and local expos to supporting buyers through the sales process.

Construction & Development

From working with our preferred architects, designers and planners, to overseeing our partner builders, our Construction and Development team are actively out and about in our operations ensuring the conception and development of our Projects running smoothly, on time, and are always delivered to the highest of Kokoda’s quality requirements.

Acquisitions, New Business & Capital

You’ll find our Acquisitions team out in our markets, and venturing into new markets, to acquire new opportunities to grow our business, not only across different geographies, but also asset classes.

Our Capital team is responsible for investment placement, capital raising, and debt funding and transaction management for development projects. Each of these disciplines feeds into Kokoda’s overall business plan and growth strategy.

Finance

Our Finance team provides comprehensive financial information and insights to allow Kokoda to make the most informed financial and commercial decisions to effectively run its business. Our finance team is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, commercial modelling, taxation and Information Technology.

Real Estate / Property Management

Whether an owner or a tenant, our Kokoda Real Estate team take care of all of the rental needs of our customers – from property listing, coordinating open for inspections, facilitating tenancy agreements and providing property management, our Real Estate team take charge to always prioritise our customer needs.
