Mark founded Kokoda Property in 1997, driven by a vision to create exceptional residential developments. With a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and a Victorian Real Estate License, he brings a strategic approach to investment and development. For over 25 years, Mark has been instrumental in delivering high-quality projects across Australia. His career began in the retail sector, where he served on the board of a national clothing retailer, shaping his commercial acumen and leadership style.

MARGARET BOLTON

Margaret is a highly experienced finance professional with over 15 years in the building industry. She has led complex group reporting for local and international boards, banks, and auditors, ensuring strong financial oversight. With a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and CPA Australia membership, Margaret combines technical expertise with commercial insight to support growth and operational success.

Nathan Jones

Nathan is a dynamic leader, bringing commercial acumen and a track record of driving exceptional growth. He is focused on shaping bold investment strategies to strengthen Kokoda’s position in the market. With nearly 15 years as CEO of Kay & Burton and Buxton and previously Head of Real Estate (VIC) at Macquarie Bank, Nathan has led high-performance teams and delivered transformative outcomes. Deep industry insight combined with his multi-faceted experience, positions him to identify and capitalise on new opportunities. Nathan also serves as a Trustee Board Director of REI Super and its Governance (Chair), Finance and Investment Committees.

Lynn Ng

Lynn brings extensive legal expertise with over 25 years’ practice in property, construction, finance, and corporate law spaces. Starting out as a property lawyer, she went on to hold various senior management in-house positions, became a partner in a boutique law firm and founded her own law practice that she ran for over a decade. With her holistic approach to corporate legal services, Lynn drives commercial success through practical, cost-effective solutions. Lynn has a longstanding relationship with Kokoda, empowering the team to seize commercial opportunities while managing risks.

Anthony brings over a decade of experience across agency, capital transactions, acquisitions and development management within publicly listed and privately owned companies. He holds a Masters degree in Commerce and a Victorian Real Estate Licence. Anthony's role includes the origination and execution of new developments and extracts value through strategic site identification, due diligence, managing delivery risk and deal structuring.

Michael has been involved in managing over $3.5 billion in developments across Australia, bringing extensive experience in multiple sectors. With a sharp focus on risk mitigation and value creation, he plays a key role in shaping the commercial vision of each project. He holds postgraduate qualifications in Construction Management, Design, and Property, achieving a perfect GPA of 4.0/4.0 and the highest historic grades at RMIT University. His expertise ensures strategic execution and exceptional project outcomes.
